Exceptionally clean wonderful hotel, smart staff and perfect location in a smart area close to the center of Kassel. Location close enough to the beautiful church, city centre and a very beautiful park.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, close to Friedenskirche. The room was kept clean and available with comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent, ready to any request.

The hotel's location was great, situated in a hip neighborhood not far from the city center. It only took around 20 minutes to walk to the center or you could easily catch a tram as the stop was just 100m away from the hotel door. The area was quiet and had plenty of restaurant options within walking distance.

That the breakfast could use some improvement. While it was acceptable for a one-night stay, it could be upgraded to make it more delicious and offer a wider variety of choices.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Tram 4 goes to both city center and to Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe train station. Congress Palais is just 600 m away from the hotel. Several grocery stores are nearby.

The nearby church bells rang very loudly at 7:00 sharp. I could have used some extra sleep.

We had a spacious room with a balcony, perfect for our baby to play and enjoy the mornings. The bed and linen were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. We also appreciated the location, which was convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I stayed with my 9 months baby and took breakfast, however they charged me the breakfast for two! I claimed for that but they didn't accept it.They invoiced me for the breakfast for two persons, because I booked a double room for single use. My baby didn't eat at all.

The hotel is spacious and affordable. the setting is marvelous and lovely, not far from the center of Kassel and its attractions. the Vorderer Westen district won't disappoint you. We appreciated our stay here.

This hotel is a gem in terms of value for money. The rates are very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is included. The breakfast spread is truly impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly loved the freshly squeezed orange juice, and the quality of the meats and breads. Additionally, the location of the hotel is excellent, with a tram stop right outside and the city center just a short distance away. It's also worth mentioning that the rooms are comfortable, with comfy beds and basic amenities provided.
